BLINKBASKET believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted the following cancellation and refund policy.

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order. However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
• BLINKBASKET does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be considered once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end. This should be reported within 1–2 days of receipt of the product.
• If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
• For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer.
• For refunds approved by BLINKBASKET, it will take 3–5 days for the refund to be processed to the customer.

Orders are shipped within 1–2 days or according to the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery is subject to the courier company’s or postal service’s norms.

BLINKBASKET is not liable for delays in delivery by courier companies or postal authorities. BLINKBASKET undertakes to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1–2 days from the date of the order and payment, or as agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed through the email address specified during registration.
